what criteria do i need to fulfill if i'm to be become a MOD.

All you do is tell me which ones you want to be a mod for and tell why you should be qualified. That's it. You can only be a mod for up to two different forums, and later ones that I will create. There aren't many members yet, but soon there will be more. We just need to wait.
